The system has been designed to work satisfactorily with a basic broadband connection; the speed is acceptable because the server carries out all the processing. However, if a number of computers are sharing a connection, a high speed broadband line is essential.

Fast Tomato has been designed to be compatible with Internet Explorer 7 (and above), Firefox 2.0 (and above) and other similar standards compliant internet browsers.
